Back in the summer, Sophie from Sage Designs came to us about a Style Shoot her and AnneMarie Grüden [Photographer] were putting on. Sophie and Wishtree have teamed up on more than one occasion, helping each other out and fueling the inspiration we need for particular projects. Sophie’s ridiculously talented with florals and decor. Her bubbly personality makes working with her so easy and really fun. So it was no doubt that when she came to us with a Style Shoot in the works, we jumped at the chance to partake! Sultry Rustic was the theme and it was based entirely around this incredible fire pit of a centerpiece. What I would have done to have been there for the shoot! S’more’s at your dinner table?! YES PLEASE!
We decided to play off the rustic feel of darkened ash wood, with deep crimson red accents in the type. We had some real fun with the stationery; place cards, which were threaded on skewers with marshmallows and menus which sat tucked between the charger and plates. Between the beautiful models, the incredible centerpieces and the overall look and feel of this Style Shoot, I think it’s safe to say that this would be one wedding worth duplicating!
